Parallax ("the Service") is a web application that allows users to visualize their career timeline and explore AI-generated alternate life paths based on different decisions. The Service is provided by Sierra Kaze LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

2. License & Payment

Parallax offers both free and paid features:

• Free tier: Limited divergence explorations per session
• Pro license: Unlimited divergences for $10/month (recurring subscription)

Parallax Pro is a monthly subscription that grants unlimited access to all current features. Cancel anytime. License keys are delivered via email and stored locally in your browser.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day full refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a complete refund. No questions asked.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The alternate life paths generated by Parallax are fictional scenarios created by artificial intelligence. They are intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and exploration purposes only.

Important: AI-generated content should NOT be used as professional advice for career decisions, financial planning, medical decisions, legal matters, or any other significant life choices. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

5. User Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. The timeline information you provide and the alternate paths you explore are stored locally on your device. We do not claim any ownership over your personal data or the content generated based on your timeline.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Parallax only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Share, sell, or transfer your license key to others
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable use

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any).
